2 Reasons Why You May Be Losing Your Hair And What To Do

Losing a few strands of hair everyday is very normal for both men and women. So if you are combing your hair and seeing just a few hair strands coming out in your comb you really have nothing to worry about. The reality is, we lose about 100 strands of hair on any given day… everyday.

However, when your hair loss starts to take an exponential increase then something is not going right and you need to investigate. We all know how embarrassing it can be when you lose your hair or even starts to go bald. The good news though is that you can do a few test to know what is causing your hair to fall so that you can remedy the problem as soon as possible before it gets out of hand.

With that being said, here are a few factors that could be causing you to lose your hair. One or even all of the factors listed below could be the culprit so pay close attention.

3 Reasons Why You May Be Losing Your Hair

1. Using The Wrong Hair Products

This is the first reason that a lot of persons really don’t pay much attention to. The fact of the matter is that not all hair products on the market are natural and chemical free. Using the wrong product in your hair could have long term negative effects on your hair.

Solution: check all the products that you are currently using and analyze the ingredients. Simply plug the ingredient in Google and you’ll find out if it is natural or not. Better yet, you may find hair related forums with other persons sharing their experience.

If you find a common trait with any specific ingredient then the particular that contains such ingredient maybe the underlying cause of your hair loss.

2. You Are Going Through Abnormal Amounts Of Stress

It’s funny that a few years ago we didn’t even know what stress was. However since science has found out about this ‘state’, we’ve also learned that is it responsible for a myriad of other health issues. Hair loss is one such issue.

You may not know this but if you are stress due all of the road blocks life throws at you, you can cause an hormonal imbalance in your body which can trigger increase hair loss.

Solution: Analyze your life and see what is causing you to stress out. Try you best to address the issue by doing meditation and focus more on the positive side of life. It’s easier said than done but with practice, you can be more relaxed and less stress which will have a positive effect on your hair growth.

Note: I also recommend a proven formula to stop even the worse cases of hair loss if you want a proven solution to stop hair loss before it gets out of hand.
