There are a lot of reasons why people cannot have enough sleep. Some are overworked on their jobs. They even take home their jobs sacrificing the time that should be spend with family. There are those who are addicted to gadgets, the vibrations makes their sleep difficult. Don’t force yourself

One of the things that people do when they cannot sleep is that they force there selves to sleep. They will just lay down in bed for hours with eyes open and visioning a lot of thing in their mind. This is not good for the both of them, it lessens the productivity of the each one. So, when you feel that sleep is getting hard, try to get up from the bed. Plug your earphones and listen to some music. Write letters until you get bored. Pray to your God and connect with Him, it may sound spiritual, but there is nothing wrong in doing it. However, be careful to not use gadgets and television, screens makes people stimulate rather than to relax. Avoid those things that would make your brain active. Reading a book might be the best idea to do.

Ignore the pictures

The mind is very powerful that it could create a lot of images or hear voices that does not even exist. The problem with this is that it creates false expectation to people that are possibly negative. This tends to make them frustrated and anxious. You need to fight this voices, you need to free yourself from this things. Liberate your mind through meditation. Focus on the good things that happened within the day.
